Indeduc (Edudynamix Educational Consultants) was launched in the year 2009 by Ritu Sharma, who was having a passion for Education without boundaries, enriching the life of the learner. Much has been said about learner-centric education but a lot needs to be done in the area of implementation, evaluation and monitoring the various learning processes to measure the learning outcome.

This still remains a grey area as we encounter many external factors affecting the process of imparting education. Individual differences and Socioeconomic factors form the major chunk of the factors hindering the educational outcome.
