A passionate educator, a content writer and a curriculum developer by profession, in the last 18 years of her career, Rachna has been in the classroom and also led various teams by empowering them to believe in themselves! Her love for this field and unquenchable thirst to learn more has seen her empower herself with various degrees, diplomas and certifications like the CIDTT, CTE, PD certificate in-Latest Thinking in Child Development, Certificate in Play Therapy amongst a host of others. She was also a part of a delegation selected to visit Finland to learn about- “Finnish Early Childhood Education and Care.” Rachna Bansal Gupta is a Master trainer for Cambridge Assessment English and a recipient of the Excellence in English Language Teaching (West)-Educomp-NDTV Education Awards. She has authored textbooks for little learners, developed and designed curriculum for schools and has also contributed to the Cambridge YLE section in The Hindu. Since May ’21, Rachna has been working as a freelancer with various organizations in different capacities. She is developing curriculum for the A1 and Pre A1 levels for the One Billion Literates Foundation (OBLF), writing stories for Visual Stories, developing content and conducting workshops, as a freelancer, for Carpedium EdPsych Consultancy. Writing Blogs and Social Media copies are also her forte.
