A Post Graduate in Physical Chemistry from The University of Mumbai, Ritu Sharma was keen to understand the process of learning.

Being a mother often made her dwell on the prevalent systems of education and motivated her to understand the pedagogical research in the arena of formal education.
She completed her master's degree in education simultaneously working as an educator in well-known schools across Maharashtra.

Her journey has been enriched by various experiences amassed during her illustrious journey from a Senior faculty in a junior college to an Academic Director of Schools.

Her contribution to the field of education has been well received by staff, students and management.
