About the Founder
Ritu Sharma Gulavani

A renowned educationist, administrator and corporate trainer with over 30 years of experience in school leadership, corporate training and educational consulting.
Driven by a passion for quality education and institutional development, Ritu has worked closely with schools, educators, management teams and educational organisations to create systems that foster academic excellence and organisational growth. Under her guidance, Indeduc has earned a reputation for professionalism, reliability and personalised consultancy.
She pioneered the Corporate Finishing Program (CFP), a specialised initiative that enhances student employability, professional growth and executive leadership excellence, and has implemented CBSE and NEP 2020-compliant programs for institutions across India.
